Facade Inspections - LL11/FISP

NYC Local Law 11 or Facade Inspection Safety Program (FISP). All NYC buildings over 6 stories must have the facade inspected by a Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector (QEWI) every 5 years and the report (TR6) must be filed with the DOB. We provide personal, efficient and affordable facade inspections and work hard to complete the work in a timely manner.

Parking Structure Inspections - PIPS

NYC requires that all parking structures are subject to the Periodic Inspection of Parking Structures (PIPS) program and inspections are to be performed by a Qualified Parking Structure Inspector (QPSI). The inspections are required every 6 years. Some owners that are not yet required to file a PIPS report are still required to file an “Initial Observation Report”. Structural TR1 Inspections

We are a registered Special Inspection Agency with the NYC DOB. We provide structural special inspections for concrete, steel, wood and masonry construction. We provide TR1 inspections for class 2 and class 3 buildings.
